First off, I feel the need to mention that Healing Breeze is not a good skill. Anyway.
http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Healing_Breeze It would help if you told us which game you're playing, but Prophecies and Factions Monks learn it through quests (Factions is forced, pretty sure it is in Proph as well), while Nightfall monks can instantly buy it in Kamadan. Edit: noticed from your other thread you're in Nightfall; talk to the skill trainer in Kamadan to buy it. |

I though healing breeze was one of the spells you learn instantly when you are able to change your secondary profession? It always seems to be there when I've just changed in any of the games. And while it's not a terribly good skill, it's not bad for a noob until they get further and have more skills available.

Regen owns when your lvl 3 and all the monsters deal 2 dmg.

I haven't used it in forever, but I do recall they made it quite useful to lower lvl characters by increasing the duration to 15 seconds.
